• Online appointment must be made at least 36 hours in advance and subject to availability. • Online appointment will be attended within 24 hours on working days* and 48 hours on weekends and public holidays. • Kindly note that reservation made via online does not constitute to a confirmed appointment. • Online appointment will only be confirmed via confirmation email or phone call from our Customer Contact Centre For rescheduling/cancellations of appointments must be made via phone calls to our Careline at+886-3-485-5581 *Monday – Friday : 9am – 5pm
